My approach to sessions is built on relationships, connection, and genuine emotion. I believe the in-between is just as important as all the rest. I want to highlight the tender moments all the way to the belly laughing silly moments. From our first interaction to well after our session is finished, I hope you feel like you've made a new friend.
I'm so excited you're thinking of booking a session with me! It brings me immense joy to capture authentic moments of love between families. I want our session to feel less like a thing you "have to do" and more like something you can't wait to do! Take this one hour as an opportunity to put your phones away, get rid of all distractions, and be fully present with your family.
Because I'm an all-inclusive photographer, there is no moment, no tiny toe, silly face, or beautiful landscape that will go undocumented during our time together. I choose not to limit galleries because I never want you to feel like you have to choose between posed or sentimental. They are all important and I want you to have each one because there is no better gift you could pass on to your children then the gift of these memories perfectly and beautifully preserved in time.

Next, we'll start dreaming up your ideal session! What's your vision? Do you want your session in an open field, by water, downtown, in your home? Are you more casual or dressy? We'll bounce ideas until the vision in your head comes to life. I also help with styling to make sure your outfits fit the vibe you're wanting!

The day has come! I make sure to design sessions so you and your family can relax and have fun. Although we will get the "say cheese" Christmas card photo, expect to hear "look at your family, snuggle in, give mom a kiss, and tickle fight!" often. We will get a variety of photos that capture your authentic connection and love for each other!

All photos are hand edited and carefully curated to showcase your story. You will receive access to your personal online gallery where you can download, share with friends and family, order prints directly, and have custom heirloom albums designed. But it doesn't stop here! Let's stay in touch so I can capture the next beautiful part of your story!

How do I book my session? First off, YAY! I cannot wait to work with you! To book all you need to do is either fill out this form through the site or send me an email at jamigroenphotography@gmail.com. Full balance is due by the date of your session.
Who picks the location? We both do! If there is a particular place you would like to shoot at - I’m game! Otherwise, I’m happy to pick a location that best fits your family and style. Keep in mind, outdoor sessions will take place within 1 hour of sunrise or sunset to get that beautiful golden hour glow! **If the location you pick has a fee to use it will be added to your session balance. I will ALWAYS offer free options so this is totally up to you!**
When will we receive our images back? You can expect your images back 1-2 weeks after your session and 3-4 weeks for weddings. I love a good sneak peek though so make sure you’re following my Facebook & Instagram page!
How do we receive our images? All sessions are delivered through an online gallery. It’s easy to access and you can download all the edited high-resolution images from your phone or computer. It’s so convenient and perfect for sharing with family and friends! It’s recommended that you download your whole gallery after receiving to make sure you save all your beautiful images for years to come!
